Office Refurbishment Transformation: A Modern Workspace by Arkomax
We recently completed a high-end washroom refurbishment designed to bring a sleek, durable, and hygienic finish to a busy commercial setting. This project focused on delivering a stylish and practical solution to match modern expectations around workplace comfort and cleanliness.
Full Basin Replacement with Integrated Units
Both washrooms were fully upgraded with new solid surface basin units. The floating design allows for easy cleaning underneath, while integrated taps and soap dispensers help reduce mess and maintain a minimalist look. Lighting was also carefully positioned to highlight the basin areas while enhancing the space overall.
Wall Cladding & Tiling
New tiling was installed throughout, including gloss black and white subway tiles and large-format concrete-effect panels for a contemporary, high-impact finish. These surfaces are not only visually strong, but also easy to clean and maintain in high-traffic areas.
Cubicle Refits & Privacy Screens
Cubicle doors and partition systems were replaced with sleek, modern profiles, including full-height doors and durable frame-mounted footings. In one washroom, a new private shower space was also installed, complete with clear glass panelling and chrome framing for a high-end finish.
Lighting & Mirror Installations
To elevate the overall look and feel, LED backlit mirrors and concealed uplighting were added to enhance visibility and atmosphere while keeping energy use efficient.
