When our client first showed us their meeting room, they said something that really stuck with us:

This refurbishment project gave us a great opportunity to show what happens when you approach a meeting room redesign with both purpose and performance in mind.
What Wasn’t Working?
The original space had a few key issues:
Harsh, outdated lighting that made long sessions uncomfortable
Poor acoustics that affected clarity during presentations
AV equipment that was unreliable and difficult to use
A rigid layout with limited flexibility
An overall atmosphere that lacked professionalism and energy
